A WOMAN from Muzarabani is seeking help to be screened and treated for her ongoing speech disorder (goitre) which she says has been plaguing her for 13 years.

Shylet Muzhoma of Tete in Ganje, Muzarabani, says she is currently having trouble breathing and the conversation is still growing.

“At first, I didn’t really understand how big it was, I just went along with it, but now I have trouble breathing. It’s been 13 years since this thing started. I went to Karanda Hospital (Mission Hospital) and was referred to Harare for Parirenyatwa (Group of Hospitals). At the moment I am waiting for help but the problem is that it will probably cost money to pay for doctors and get screened, ”he said.
