Today marks one year since multi-talented actor and film producer Shona Ferguson died.
Taking to Instagram, on his death anniversary, Shona Ferguson’s widow Connie penned a heartfelt message as she remembered her husband.
Connie Ferguson reflected on her life without her husband. She revealed how she and her family miss him so much. She wrote;
1 year without your physical presence today and God continues to walk with us as we navigate our new reality. We miss you so much, my LOVE, but it is well. We are okay. You continue resting.
You live on in our hearts and minds. MEMORIES ARE FOREVER AND ARE A TREASURE. Love you for eternity.

Aaron Arthur Ferguson, better known as Shona Ferguson passed away last year on the 30th of July.
He succumbed to Covid-19-related complications at Milpark private hospital in Johannesburg.
The well-known businessman, executive producer, and co-founder of Ferguson Films died at the age of 47.
Shona Ferguson was a renowned actor and film producer. Together with his wife Connie they owned Ferguson Films and produced some of the best shows such as the Netflix six-part series called “Kings of Joburg,” “Rockville”, “The Gift”, “The Throne”, “The Herd”, “The Queen”, “The River “and “The Imposter”.
His death touched a lot of hearts.
Meanwhile, the Ferguson Film Foundation is set to launch this August in memory of its co-founder Shona Ferguson.
Taking to Instagram, Connie Ferguson announced the launch date and gala dinner for the foundation.
The official launch of the Ferguson Foundation is on the way. Thank you for your patience and support in the build-up to the big day, and all the activities we have been undertaking. The Ferguson Foundation Gala Launch, in loving memory of our co-founder Shona Ferguson, will be held on Friday August 5 2022.
“I am looking forward to having you join us in the fruition of this vision and celebration of the life of a true visionary of empowerment and upliftment,” Connie wrote.
