Xoli M Quits Music Citing Years Long Abuse By Black Motion’s Bongani Mohasana

South African musician Xoli Mazibuko, known professionally as Xoli M, has announced that she is quitting music due to years of abuse from Black Motion’s Robert Bongani “Murdah” Mahosana.

Xoli M, who produced the hit song “Walk in my way” with Black Coffee, said she endured the abuse because she thought Black Motion would help showcase her talent.

She alleged that Mohasana had made her life a living hell that she felt compelled to quit making music to protect herself.

In an emotional and lengthy Facebook post, Xoli M wrote,

Greetings friends,family and day one fans.I honestly hope you don’t take this as a cowardly exit or an offense to those who love my music. It is with great regret that I announce to you my overdue step down from the music industry.

I’m very much certain ukuthi ningibonile ngizama through out the years,and honestly my stubbornness and resilience and hope that my enemy will forget me one day has been a brutal experience and an endless war I always to appear tough for but manje beyond physical, mental, and spiritual exhaustion kulandela ini?
